The company
was recently formed as it was felt most complaint handling firms were
charging far too much for the actual service they provided to clients.

I set up the
firm after having worked for a large high street mortgage lender for
12 years. I became aware that people had been miss-sold financial products,
especially endowments and needed help in pursuing complaints as the
large companies they are with often do not treat their concerns fairly.
When I also found out that third party complaint companies were then
taking a large slice of the compensation offered and/or offering an
inadequate service, I thought I could help improve the investors situation
by providing lower cost, highly professional and expert assistance in
pursuing complaints and recovering compensation for those who had been
miss-sold.
Although I
myself have never sold any financial products, working at the bank has
opened my eyes to how the industry as a whole has operated over the
past 20 years or so and, in some cases still operates. Lower Cost Complaints

We are able
to offer a high level of service at lower costs because we do not operate
a telephone call center. Once you have signed up to use our firms services,
we will provide you with a mobile phone number to call should you have
any concerns about our service. We feel that having a telephone call
center is not an essential need for success or in providing a high level
service. We ask that you put your trust in our firm via email and the
postal service. This should not delay the progress of your complaint,
which will typically take eight weeks for your policy provider to investigate,
but allows us to save you money by charging a much lower fee for the
service.
